We look after these apartments ourselves — from the first viewing to the lease, and everything in between. No agency. No management between us. You write to us, we answer.

We renovate slowly, with materials that won’t need to be replaced in ten years. What the apartment already had — old window frames, old floors, old doors — is cared for, not swapped out.
