To the owner of a house in Bremerhaven

Some houses deserve to be kept.

We are a small project from Hamburg. Since the end of 2024, we hold a few apartments in Bremerhaven — Geestemünde, Mitte, the steady neighbourhoods of Lehe. We know the city, its buildings, and the way the harbour weather takes its time with old plaster.

What we look for are older houses in the quieter parts of town — houses with substance, with history, with residents who have lived there a long time. Houses that need someone who understands what is already there, before making it into something else.

We buy slowly. We visit the house before we say anything. We don’t develop houses in the usual sense — we renovate by hand, keep tenancies in place, and re-let when something becomes free. What we don’t do: sell on quickly, empty out, split apart.

If this sounds like your house, write us a few lines. What you have, what you’re imagining, what you don’t want. We answer within a few days, personally.

· How a conversation begins
  1. i. You write us briefly, telling us what you have.
  2. ii. We answer within a few days — personally, not from a template.
  3. iii. We visit the house before we say anything. Only then do we talk about numbers.

With respect for what is already there.
