→ View pieceIt began with wanting nicer furniture around us — and with the conviction that the old shouldn’t be replaced, but restored. Over time, one chair became many pieces.
We look for pieces that haven’t had their best years yet — and bring them back by hand. Wood is stripped, oiled, sometimes re-glued. The patina stays visible. What time has given to a piece, we let it keep. Every piece passed on is one that didn’t have to be made new — and wouldn’t have ended up in landfill.
Some pieces stay with us. Others we pass on. You’ll find those below.
Three or four pieces pass through our hands each year. What comes, comes slowly.
